Upon graduating from the Univ. Tennessee at Martin in 2009, Ron Parks got a job working for Danny Montgomery, who owned a Kubota dealership in Union City, Tenn. Three years later Ron reached out to his brother Don, who was working as a financial advisor, with the news that there was an opportunity to purchase the dealership.

After a devastating tornado hit the region on Friday, Dec. 1, 2021, First Choice Farm and Lawn helped to organize over 250 volunteers made up of employees and customers from all over the state, and 30 pieces of equipment and dump trucks to help clean up. The group helped the community of Samburg, Tenn., recover from the damage.
